Professor Tharam Dillon

Professor Tharam S. Dillon has published more than 1000 papers in international conferences and journals, ten authored books and six edited books. His work has over 13,300 citations and an H-Index of 53 (Google Scholar). . Professor Dillon research includes Trust, Risk, Advanced Analytics and Data Mining, Neural Networks, Big Data, Web semantics, XML systems, Ontologies, Cloud computing, hybrid Neuro-symbolic systems, Internet of Things, software engineering and power systems computation. He is a Life Fellow of the IEEE (USA). Prof. Dillon is a Fellow of ACS and IEAust. He has held Full Professor positions at La Trobe University, Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Curtin University. He was the Dean of the Faculty of IT at University of Technology Sydney. He was chair of the Working Groups IFIP 12.7 on Computational Intelligence, IFIP 2.12/12.4 on Web Semantics, the Technical Committees IEEE /IES on Industrial Informatics and IFIP TC12 on Artificial Intelligence. He is the General Chair of the On The Move Conferences (OTM) since 2010. He has been invited to give over 57 keynotes at international conferences. He is an Adjunct Professor at La Trobe University, Australia.

Professor Zhou Wenbo

Professor Zhou Wenbo works as the President of Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co.,Ltd. He is senior engineer (professor level), Shanghai Leading Talent, National Model Worker and enjoy the State Council Special Allowance.

Professor Lv Kangjuan

Professor Lv Kangjuan works as the executive vice president, professor and doctoral supervisor in SHU-UTS SILC Business School of Shanghai University. She is the Visiting scholar of University of Cambridge, Pujiang Talent of Shanghai, KTP visiting professor of University of Technology Sydney. She presided over more than 20 vertical scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of education planning projects and others. She presided over more than 10 Shanghai and enterprise horizontal consulting projects. She published more than 30 core Chinese and English SSCI retrieval papers, and published 4 monographs.

Professor J. Christopher Westland

Professor J. CHRISTOPHER WESTLAND is currently professor in the Department of Information & Decision Sciences at the University of Illinois – Chicago. He has a BA in Statistics and an MBA in Accounting from Indiana University and received his PhD in Computers and Information Systems from the University of Michigan. He has professional experience in the US as a certified public accountant and as a consultant in technology law in the US, Europe, Latin America and Asia. He is the author of numerous academic papers and of seven books: Global Electronic Commerce (MIT Press 2000); Global Innovation Management(Palgrave Macmillan 2nd ed 2017); Red Wired: China’s Internet Revolution (Marshall Cavendish, 2010); Structural Equation Modeling(Springer 2015); Financial Dynamics (Wiley 2003); Valuing Technology (Wiley 2002) and Statistical Auditing with R (forthcoming 2018). He is the Editor-in-Chief of Electronic Commerce Research (Springer) and have served on editorial boards of several other information technology journals including Management Science, ISR, ECRA, IJEC, and others. He has served on the faculties at the University of Michigan, University of Southern California, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology of China, Harbin Institute of Technology and other academic institutions. In 2012 he received High-Level Foreign Expert status in China under the 1000-Talents Plan and am currently Overseas Chair Professor at Beihang University. He has advised on patent, valuation and technology strategy for numerous technology firms.

Professor Jemal H. Abawajy

Dr. Jemal H. Abawajy is a full professor at School of Information Technology, Faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment, Deakin University, Australia. He is currently the Director of the Parallel and Distributing Computing Laboratory. He is a Senior Member of IEEE Computer Society; IEEE Technical Committee on Scalable Computing (TCSC); IEEE Technical Committee on Dependable Computing and Fault Tolerance and IEEE Communication Society. Prof. Abawajy has delivered more than 50 keynote addresses, invited seminars, and media briefings and has been actively involved in the organization of more than 300 national and international conferences in various capacity including chair, general co-chair, vice-chair, best paper award chair, publication chair, session chair and program committee. He has also served on the editorial-board of numerous international journals and currently serving as associate editor of the IEEE Transaction on Cloud Computing, International Journal of Big Data Intelligence and International Journal of Parallel, Emergent and Distributed Systems. He has also guest edited many special issues. Prof. Abawajy is actively involved in funded research supervising large number of PhD students, postdoctoral, research assistants and visiting scholar in the area of Cloud Computing, Big Data, Network and System Security, Decision Support System, and E-healthcare. He is the author/co–author of five books, more than 250 papers in conferences, book chapters and journals such as IEEE Transactions on Computers and IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems. He also edited 10 conference volumes.
